I don't do WRINKLE wishes!

Ya just gotta LOVE Stella! Is she a hoot or what? I can just imagine her being SASSY, can't you? Hmmph! I made this card for a friend of mine and I just know she's gonna crack up when she receives it. The inside reads, "Those are only given to people who REALLY need them!" I DO love funny cards... Stamping Bella has a whole line of Stella's, my absolute FAV! My goal is to own ALL the Stellas. (don't worry, my hubby never reads my blog) he-he!

I stamped Stella onto some SU Very Vanilla CS and colored her with my Copics. I cut her out with my deckled scissors and adhered her with a few dimensionals onto some SU Soft Suede. This DP is from Heidi Grace and it's really neat with these flocked circles and shimmer background. The camera doesn't do it justice. I stitched it onto some scrap yellow CS that I punched with my MS border punch along the bottom edge and then adhered to the card base. I finished with a computer generated sentiment matted with the same yellow CS and a woven ribbon bow. I just LOVE it! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think of her. Have a "SASSY" Stella kinda day!

Supplies:
Rubber Stamp - "Stella has something to say" from Stamping Bella; DP - Heidi Grace; Punch - Martha Stewart border punch; Woven ribbon; CS - Stampin' Up Very Vanilla & Soft Suede, Yellow; Diamond Dust; Button; Twine

Spirit of Christmas

Happy Tuesday ya'll!! Here's another card I made with the newly released "Spirit of Christmas" set by Anna Wight, from Whipper Snapper Designs. This set couldn't have been more perfect for me. Remember ALL those Christmas cards I needed to get done? I've lost count on where I am but I know this set has really helped push me towards my goal. Yay!!

I wanted to try stamping this image onto some canvas and it worked perfectly. I used my Momento Tuxedo Black ink pad and colored the image with my Copics. To make the canvas a little more stiff and easier to work with, I adhered it to a piece of card stock and then frayed the edges before adding it to the card base. The card base is from We R Memory Keepers and to finish it off, I tied this SU taffeta ribbon around the bottom with a button in the middle. Simple but SUPER DUPER cute, huh?
Love it!

Leave a comment below and let me know what you think, ok? Have a great day!

I'm a Bella Babe!!!

Holy cow, I can't believe it!! Emily, the BELLA herself, wrote and asked me if I'd like to be one of the Bella Babes.... huh???? Are you kidding??? YES, YES, YES!!!

I'm SO excited to be part of this FABBY team of ladies.... I've added a link to each of the Babe's blogs on my sidebar. You've GOT to go check out their work! I've been stalking them forever and I'm stunned each and every time I look at what they've come up with. Jawdropping gorgeous! I hope I can make them proud! Dem's some tuff shoes to fill!!

Ok, so on to today's card. Here is my first card as a Bella Babe... ain't she pretty? I made this card for my cousin's little girl. She's just as cute and dainty as Missmatch Ketto here, from the Ketto line at Stamping Bella. These Ketto stamps are just the cutest. I stamped Missmatch Ketto on some SU Very Vanilla and colored her with my Copics. I cut her out with my circle Nesties and then sponged some chalk ink around the edges. She's matted with two scalloped circles cut with the petite scalloped Nesties and I used a few dimensionals between the layers. The card base is SU Melon Mambo CS and the DP is from KI Memories. I used a little bit of shiny gold paper in between the DP and card base (not sure where I got it from) but it really shimmers in real life. I finished by adding a few gems to her crown and tied on some pretty pink grosgrain ribbon. There you have it, be sure to leave me a comment and let me know what you think of my first card! Have an great day!

Supplies:
Rubber stamps: Missmatch Ketto from Stamping Bella; DP - KI Memories; Copics; Nestabilities; CS - Stampin' Up; Gems; Grosgrain Ribbon

Birthday wishes..

It's that time again..... Bellarific Friday is here!! And here is
Karen's sketch for this week.... I really like this one, easy peasy!

I used Bettina Buttercream from
Stamping Bella for this challenge. She was SO much fun to color. I colored her with my Copics and cut her out with my circle Nestabilities. I sponged some chalk ink around the edges and added some Diamond Dust to her wings, and Stickles to the candles. Gotta have that spah-kle! This DP is from a K & Co. paper pack, by Carolyn Gavin. I picked it up at Michael's with my 40% off coupon and it has some really pretty papers in it. Did I tell you I'm a paper addict? It's like it calls my name and I just have to have it. "Jeanie, Jeanie! I'm over here waiting for you to come take me home!!" And of course I can't leave the store without using my coupon on something! SERIOUSLY, what sense would that make? Ok, so I used some brown Bazzil Bling as the card base and matted the DP with some SU Cool Carribean CS. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and embossed with some SU white embossing powder. I finished by adding some polka dot grosgrain ribbon tied into a pretty bow with a button in the center! There you have it! A Bellarific Friday for sure! Be sure to leave a comment below, I'd love to hear what you think of her. Have a great day and a terrific weekend!

There's no friends, like SNOW friends!

Hey, did I tell you that I'm a Whipper Snapper Featured Designer?
Gimme a W, Gimme a S, Gimme a F, Gimme a D, whadaya got? Smileys Smileys
Ok, so I'm excited about it, I just can't help it!! Well, ya'll know how much I LOVE SU Kraft CS right? So, I decided to try out this little snowman stamped directly onto the Kraft too! Don't ya just love that white on the Kraft? Wowzer! This little guy is from the newly released set from Whipper Snapper Designs, "Spirit of Christmas" by Anna Wight.

I printed the computer generated sentiment directly onto the card base first and then stamped my snowman beside it. I colored the stamped image with my Lyra pencils and added a piece of SU Real Red CS that I punched on one side with the SU scalloped border punch. I finished the card with some red and white gingham ribbon tied in a fluffy bow. Whadaya think? Isn't he cute?

Well, I couldn't stop there.... so I decided to whip out another paper mache' find from Michael's and try this image on that too! This time I used a small square box and stamped the snowman onto the lid. I colored him with my Lyra pencils as well and added the same gingham ribbon to the sides. Wouldn't this be perfect for a gift card or cash? I know, how about saying, "here's some COOL cash for you!" {he-he}

Ok, leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Oh and yup, there's still more to come!! So be sure to stop back by!
Have a great day!

It's a "Homespun Quilt" Merry Christmas!!

Isn't this a pretty card? This quilt block stamp is from the newly released Whipper Snapper Design "Homespun Quilt" set, by Anna Wight. To get the quilt blocks lined up, I made a 4" x 4" pencil grid on my CS first. These quilt block images are so much fun to work with and they also work perfectly with a 1"square punch too if you'd rather punch your image out. I colored the quilt block squares with my Copics and adhered some lace to the back of the 4" square to go along with the sewing theme. The card base is from We R Memory Keepers and the silk poinsettia and brad are from Making Memories. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Have a great day!

WISH upon a star!

Well, my wish already came true...
I'm a Whipper Snapper Featured Designer!! {Ok-ok, you know how excited I am but I just can't help blurting it out every now and then) Whooopeee!
I just love this little angel, don't you? This little card uses all three of the newly released Whipper Snapper Design sets by Anna Wight. The angel is from the Spirit of Christmas and I used two different quilt block designs from both the Winter and Homespun Quilt sets.

The angel is stamped directly onto the SU Kraft card base and I colored her with my Lyra pencils. I stamped the quilt squares onto a separate piece of SU Kraft CS and colored them with pencils too. I matted the strip of quilt squares onto some SU Real Red CS and punched the bottom edge with my SU border punch. I stitched along the edges of the piece and adhered it to the card base. The sentiment is actually one long phrase so I just inked up half and stamped and then stamped the other half below. I punched it out with my SU 1 3/8" circle punch and matted it with some SU Real Red punched with the SU scalloped circle punch. I tied on some Papertrey Ink Poppy Red ribbon and used a fine black pen to make the dots around the edge. I added some Diamond Dust to her wings and wand for that last finishing touch!
Now, on to the ornament....

I knew this paper mache' star I found at Michael's would come in handy one day... It fits this angel perfectly!! I stamped the image and the sentiment using my Stamp-a-ma-jig so it would be centered just right. I colored the image with my Lyra pencils and tied a bow at the top. I added the same black dots around the edges as I did on the card. I think they'd make a cute gift, don't you?

Leave a comment below and let me know what you think of them.... Have a great day!

Supplies:
Rubber Stamps - Whipper Snapper; Lyra Pencils; Ribbon - Poppy Red from Papertrey Ink; CS - SU Kraft & Real Red; Punches - SU 1 3/8' circle, Scalloped Circle, Scalloped Border; Micron Pen; Diamond Dust

I'm SO happy, SO VERY happy!

Guess what??? I received an email from Anna Wight (yup, THE Anna Wight!) asking me if I'd like to be a Whipper Snapper Featured Designer...Smileys
Ok, so after I came to, I wrote her back as fast as my little fingers could type and said, "you betcha!" Oh my gosh, you have no idea how excited I am to be a Featured Designer for Whipper Snapper. It's like my most FAVORITE stamp company ever!! And do you know what today is?? It's the release day of Anna's new sets!! This month has THREE sets instead of two and boy are they ever cute! Woo-hoo!! So, hold on to your seat cuz' you're in fer a treat this week!!

Ok, here are the three sets being released today:

Aren't they the cutest?? I'm havin' such a blast playing with them too....
Here are a few cards I made with the Spirit of Christmas set:
{just click on any image to see it up close}

I just LOVE this Santa, or as my hubby say's Santee! I stamped him onto some SU Natural Ivory and colored him with my Copics. I matted the image with some SU Chocolate Chip and stitched around the edges. The DP is from My Minds Eye and I stitched it onto the SU Chocolate Chip card base. The ribbon is just to die for... I'm in LOVE!! It's from SU as well and don't ya just love that big 'ol bow!

Now check this snowman out!! Ain't he cute??? LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him!! I stamped him onto some SU Natural Ivory as well and colored him with my Copics too! I cut him out with my circle Nesties and did some faux stitching around the edge with a fine tip red pen to match the DP. This DP is from Cosmo Cricket and is actually only one sheet of paper, I just used both sides. I used some adhesive lace from K & Co. at the seam. I matted the DP onto the SU Real Red CS and stitched around the edges. The card base is SU Natural Ivory and I finished it off with some SU Real Red grosgrain ribbon tied at the side and a button on top! Purteee cute, huh?

And if those two weren't enough to wet your whistle, check out this cute little angel. Can ya tell I'm havin' fun??? I stamped my little angel onto some Papertrey Ink CS and colored her with my Copics. I added some Diamond Dust to her wings and wand for some Angel sparkle. I cut her out with my oval Nesties and sponged some chalk ink around the edges. This DP is from Cosmo Cricket and I stitched around the edges of both pieces. I used my scalloped square Nesties for the center piece and just cut off the top scalloped edge. The card base is SU Kraft and I added a button threaded with some twine to finish her off.

Ok, there you have it.... my first cards made with one of the new release sets, Spirit of Christmas. All three new Anna Wight sets are available today, over at Whipper Snapper Designs.

Still Sizzlin'

Love, love, love this card!! This card is for my parent's 54th wedding anniversary! That's just awesome in itself, isn't it? They are the BEST parents ever too! I am blessed to have such a terrific family, that's for sure! My parents are BIG BBQ fans so this fits them to a tee! Check out the lady holding the hamburger behind her back, ha! Love that! That's me though, hordin' all the food! {he-he}

Ok, so I stamped this couple from Art Impressions onto some SU Very Vanilla CS and colored them with my Copics. I mounted them onto some SU Red Riding Hood Red CS and stitched around the edges. This DP is from FLAIR designs and it just says BBQ! I matted it with the SU Red Riding Hood Red too and then again with some SU Very Vanilla. The card base is SU Kraft. I finished it off with some cream colored grosgrain ribbon and a button on top! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think of them. Have a great day!

Hope your birthday is more fun than....

... a barrel full of monkeys!!! Isn't this the cutest image? As soon as I saw this over at Whipper Snapper, I HAD TO HAVE IT!! I just kept thinking of all the fun birthday cards (ya know, for those boy cards) this could work for. This particular card is for my nephew, he's turning 5 soon and what a sweetheart he is. I think he's gonna love the monkeys.

I stamped my image onto some SU Very Vanilla CS and colored with my Copics. The SU cardstock works really well with the Copics as well as Papertrey Ink and Classic Crest. I've tried all three and I really don't have a preference as to any one working better than the other. Anyhoo, I matted my image onto some SU Chocolate Chip and then stitched around the edges. This DP is from All My Memories and I matted it with the Chocolate Chip and stitched around the edges too! The cardbase is some Martha Stewart CS I found in an assortment pack at Michael's. Not sure of the color but it went well with this DP. I punched a small 1/4" hole in the right side of the image panel and threaded my MS grosgrain ribbon through and tied it off. The image is adhered to the DP with a few SU dimensionals and that finished it up! Be sure to leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Hope your day is more fun than a barrel full of monkeys!!

Happy Turkey Day!

Man I DO love this turkey, don't you? He just looks goofy doesn't he? Too funny! If you need to make a few Thanksgiving cards this year, this is a fairly simple card to make!

I stamped my image from Cornish Heritage Farms, onto some Classic Crest CS and colored with my Copics. I cut the image out with my Deckled Nesties and sponged some Colorbox Chalk Ink around the image with the die in place. I matted the image with some SU Soft Suede and used some dimensionals on the back. This DP is from K & Company and I picked it up as a single sheet at Michaels. I love the look of the flourishes already on the paper. I added the paper to the SU Soft Suede card base and stitched around the edges. I tied on some SU Soft Suede polka dot ribbon, added the printed sentiment and a button threaded with twine. And that's it! SUPER simple but I think it's SUPER cute too! Leave a comment below, I'd love to hear what you think. Have a great day!

A sympathy card for a friend....

A friend of mine recently had a family member pass away and while I realize I should have these cards on hand for just such an occasion, I don't. So I had to make this one after work and in a real hurry. If you've followed my blog for any length of time, you'll know that SERIOUS isn't something I do very often. It's a real "toughy" for me, so this was hard.

I wanted to keep it simple and used this little stamp from Lockhart Stamp Co. I picked it up from Ellen Hutson's store. If you remember awhile back, I made some thank you cards with this stamp. It's a really pretty image and fairly easy to color. Speaking of coloring, I colored this with my Copics on some Papertrey Ink CS. I used my Petite Scalloped Nesties to cut out the image and then leaving the die in place, I sponged on some chalk ink. This DP is from Hot off the Press and it's matted with SU Soft Suede. I used my new EK Success border punch on both pieces on the bottom edge and then tied on some striped grosgrain ribbon to finish it off. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:
Rubber Stamp; Lockhart Stamp Co; CS - Papertrey Ink, SU Soft Suede; Nestabilities; Copics; Ribbon; EK Success Border Punch; Colorbox Chalk Ink

What's up dog?

I bet you can't tell I've been stalking Kristina Werner's blog, huh? I do love her MACM and Finally Friday videos. If you've never seen them, hop on over and take a look. They're great! Anyway, Kristina, like myself, is a huge Kraft CS lover and I saw her use this CS from Jillibean Soup awhile ago and couldn't wait to get some. She has enabled me on one too many occasions, let me tell ya! {he-he} This card is for a co-worker who is a major Chihuahua lover.

This stamp is from Stampin Up and this was a SUPER easy card to put together. No coloring involved! I stamped the image onto some SU Kraft with Colorbox chalk ink and mounted him on the inside. Then I punched a circle on the bottom front of the card for him to show through. I also punched the same circle from some SU Real Red CS and then used the SU scalloped circle to punch it out so only the scalloped frame remained. I glued that around the punched circle on the front of the card. I finished it up with some faux stitching and tied on some SU Real Red grosgrain ribbon. That's it! Honestly, this card took like 20 minutes from start to finish. That may seem like a long time to some, but my cards usually take about 2 hours, so this was fast for me. I'm definitely a "slow poke" but I enjoy every minute! Have a great day!

Supplies:
Rubbert Stamp - Stampin Up; CS - Jillibean Soup, SU Real Red; Ink - Colorbox Chestnut Roan; Pen - Inksentials White; Ribbon - SU Real Red

It's Stellarific Friday!

{he-he} That's about how it is for me, since I only seem to use Stella's for my Bellarific Friday challenges lately. I just LOVE Stella! She's a hoot! Ok, here's the sketch challenge we had to use for our submission.

Nice huh? I really like this one. It WAS a challenge for me because I needed to flip the design since my Stella was more tall than wide {unlike me!} Now would you check out this paper? It makes me HAPPY just lookin' at it. It's from Bella Blvd and I REALLY like this line for birthdays. I stamped Stella onto some Classic Crest CS and colored her with my Copics. I wanted to add some EXTRA whip cream frosting (my fav) to her cake, so I applied some liquid applique and added a little Glamour Dust (sugah that is!) before heat setting it. I also added some Glamour Dust to her crown and candles. The ribbon is the new In Color Melon Mambo from Stampin Up and matches this DP perfectly. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and I punched it out with my SU small oval punch. There you have it, Stella in all her glory!!
Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Have a great day!

Supplies:
Rubber Stamps; Stamping Bella, Papertrey Ink; DP - Bella Blvd; CS - Classic Crest; Copics; Punches - SU Horizontal Slot, SU Small Oval; Ribbon - SU In Color; Liquid Applique; Diamond Dust; Nestabilities

Get Well Soon Kara!

This card is for a good friend of mine who broke her foot! Hopefully, she's on her way to a speedy recovery and I thought this might brighten her day!

This little kitty is from Inky Antics. They have such cute images and they're such fun to color too. I stamped my kitty onto some Papertrey Ink CS and colored her with my Copics. I cut her out with my scalloped Nesties and matted her with some brown Bazzil CS. This DP is from the Basic Grey Sugared collection and I matted it with the brown CS as well. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and I punched it out with my SU large oval punch. The card base is Papertrey Ink CS as well and to finish it off, I tied some pink gingham ribbon into a small sweet bow. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Have a great day!

I'm OLD, go around!!

Ok, tell me this isn't the funniest stamp ever? I couldn't order this stamp fast enough when I saw it over at Art Impressions. You know me and old people stamps! I told you, I'm addicted!! You can click on the image to see it close up.

I stamped my image onto some SU Very Vanilla and colored her with my Copics. The card base is SU Soft Suede and the DP is from Rusty Pickle. I think the colors really work well together, don't you? The pink mat you see behind the DP is actually the reverse side of this paper. Cool huh? Love double sided paper! I matted her onto some SU Soft Suede as well and popped her off the card base with some dimensionals. Using the SU horizontal slot punch I made a slit in the edge of the image piece to feed my ribbon through and tied a bow and button on top. This card is for my cousin and I think she's gonna love it. She's got a GREAT since of humor. "Thank goodness, huh?" Leave a comment below and have a great day!

It's SNOW time!

Well, not hardly but I can wish can't I??? This little penguin is from Inky Antics and he's Christmas card #11 for those of you keeping track. Oh yeah, I wanted to give you an update to those challenges I had in mind to catch up on this past weekend... guess what??? I finished them ALL! Waaa-hoooooo! I can't believe I got them all done! Whew! Ok, now back to my craft room... {he-he}

I stamped him onto some SU Very Vanilla CS and colored him with my Copics. Of course, since it's SNOW, I couldn't resist the urge to use my Liquid Applique to make some puffy snow under him. Yay! I do love using this stuff! I'm just like a kid waiting for it to dry so I can watch it puff up when I heat it. Oooooooh, too cooooooool!! The directions say for best results to wait overnight, phooey on that!! I can't wait that long! Ok, so after that bit of excitement, I stitched around the edges and mounted him onto some DP from My Minds Eye which just screams COLD doesn't it? I just think that aqua color is so perfect for winter. I know, you're thinking "what's a Florida girl know about winter?" You're right, but I bet you'd hear me whoop and holler all the way to your house if it snowed here. My hubby says it's nice to look at but you wouldn't want to live with it, "day in and day out". I don't know about that, I'd sure be willing to give it a try. Ok, back to the card, so I used my MS border punch on the bottom and matted it with some SU Cool Caribbean (I wished they still carried that color, I do love it so) and punched the bottom of it as well. I tied some new SU Polka Dot ribbon around the piece and matted it to the card base of SU Very Vanilla too! Hey, I bet you'd never guess my good friend JoAnn is a SU demonstrator. Hmmmmm, how'd you guess? {he-he} I mounted my little penguin with some SU dimensionals but he still needed something else, so I added the snowflake for the finishing touch! Here he comes..... swoooooooosh! Leave a comment below and I hope you have a great {COLD} day {somewhere}!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #81

Happy Labor Day! I hope you're enjoying a nice RELAXING day off. Aren't three day weekends great?? Love 'em! In fact, I think every weekend should be three days, whadaya think? If only I were QUEEN!! {he-he} This is my submission to the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #81. Here's the sketch...

I'm lovin' this stamp from Stamps by Judith. Isn't he a riot? Sittin' there eatin' his tuna straight outta the can! I bet he's kinda hoping you might do the same this Thanksgiving! {he-he} You can click on the image to see it up close. So I stamped 'ol Tom on some Papertrey Ink CS and colored him with my Copics. I cut him out with my Deckled Nestabilities and sponged around the edges. This DP is from Recollections and I picked it up from Michaels over the weekend. It's got some really great Fall papers in it. I matted the DP with SU Soft Suede and then added it to the SU Kraft card base. I stitched around the edges and added two strips of woodgrain paper from the same paper pack. I printed the sentiment and punched it out with my 1" circle punch and matted it with some Soft Suede as well. Ok, there you have it! My first Thanksgiving card this year. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think of it. Have a great day!

Middle Age...

It's here! A loooooooonnnnnngggggg weekend! Yay! {oh, and the middle age too, but no Yay for that one!} I've got lots of things I want to get caught up on this weekend, so it'll be interesting to see if I can get them all done. {uh, that's a BIG question mark on that!}

First things first! This is my submission to this week's challenge at The Pink Elephant. The challenge was to use 1 ribbon, 2 squares and something that sparkles!! Hmmmm... what do you think? I think it's PERFECT! I drew this sketch for the challenge and I just love it. The card base is a 5 1/2 square of SU Summer Sun and the DP is from MME. This stamp is just the BEST isn't it? It's from Eat Cake Graphics and when I ordered it I thought, "Man, I could really get some use out of this one!" {he-he} I stamped the images onto some Papertrey Ink CS and colored with my Copics. I matted the images with some brown Bazzil CS and stitched around the edges. I finished with some Papertrey Ink ribbon and some yellow rhinestone brads for the SPAH-KUL! Ok, that does it for me today.... Leave a comment below and let me know what you think.
Have a WONDERFUL weekend!!

Jingle Balls

You have no idea how long I've waited to use this stamp from Whipper Snapper. I ordered it last year AFTER the holidays and I've been dying to ink it up. This is Christmas card #10. Hey, I'm gettin there!

Well, I wanted to do something a little different with this stamp so I pulled out the 'ol SU Kraft and decided to stamp them on that. I colored them with my Lyra pencils and they just POP off that Kraft CS now don't they? I matted them with some Riding Hood Red and stitched around the edges. That's become a common thing for me lately hasn't it? I really like the look of the stitching though. It just adds that handmade look which I love! The card base is Kraft as well and the DP is from My Minds Eye. Love this plaid. Cute-cute-cute!! I punched the bottom edge of the DP with my SU scalloped border punch and did the same for the Riding Hood Red mat. I tied on some taffeta ribbon and that about does it. Ain't it cute? Harvest Blessings #4

Ok, I just can't get enough of this Harvest Blessings stamp set! This is the card I had in mind when I posted Saturday's card using this set. It turned out exactly like what I'd hoped it would. Yay! I love when a plan comes together! The images in this set are so SUPER cute! Oh, how I do want the cooler weather to hurry up and get here. I know, I know, I'm a Florida girl - I'm supposed to like the heat, right? NOT!! Ok, enough of my complaining and on to the card...

I've had this Kraft polka dot paper for some time now and I was wanting to create a simple theme, so this paper fit right in. I stamped the images onto some SU Kraft cardstock and colored them with my Copics. The card base is SU Kraft as well. Can't get enough of that Kraft! I just LOVE the stuff! The images are matted with the SU Soft Suede that was die cut with a Cuttlebug die I picked up at Michael's. Isn't it pretty? I love those loopy edges. Adds bit of a FANCY touch, don't ya think? I used some dimensionals to pop the images off the card and finished up with some new In Color SU polka dot ribbon. And that finishes up my card for today! I hope you all have a great day and be sure to leave a comment below and let me know what you think.

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge 80

Hi there! Here is my submission to the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge this week. Man, I LOVE this card! I make lots of cards and I like them all but I do have my favorites too! Usually, it's always one done with Kraft cardstock. I really love the look of Kraft. It's just so "home-ey" looking. And EVERYTHING goes with it. That's the best part.

This stamp is from Whipper Snapper, and isn't she the CUTEST? Love it! I stamped her onto some SU Very Vanilla CS and colored her with my Copics. The card base is SU Kraft and I stamped the polka dots with "Polka Dot Basics" from Papertrey Ink. This is a "must have" set. That is, if you like polka dots. Huh??? Who doesn't like polka dots?? Love 'em! Then I layered on the DP from Junkitz over the bottom edge of the stamped polka dots and tied on some Jillibean Soup ribbon. MORE POLKA DOTS!! Woo-hoo! I cut out my image with my Circle Nesties and sponged around the edges with some Colorbox chalk ink. That finishes her up. "Eeeekkkkkk"
